Is there anyway to tell if the the diamonds install in the bezel is Breitling factory diamond install. I know many dealer take the original metal bezel and install diamonds in them and put back into the watch. But is there any characteristic of a factory diamond bezel that we could look for or some kind of serial number that we could identify it with?

I'm pretty sure the style number will be different. Breitling will NOT upgrade your watch, even by them to a diamond bezel, unless you originally buy it from them with that. Same goes with like a MOP dial for example.

Also, besides the Chronomat, Super Avenger and Cockpit, there isn't a Breitling model currently made with factory diamond bezel, excluding ladies' models and I do consider Chrono Cockpit a ladies' watch, sorry. Though jewelers will sometimes used the factory bezel to set the diamonds in, usually you won't get the same quality diamonds or, as I've seen MANY MANY times, they'll do a single row of diamonds on Super Avenger apposed to a double row on factory diamond bezel.

Additionally every watch with a factory diamond bezel will have a little booklet with the paperwork (same size as the warranty booklet) confirming the diamond bezel and the serial number of the watch it's attached to.
