Hello, I need to buy a case opener for my Wings Windrider but I am a bit confused about the exact size. The case cover is with 15 sides, and I measured approximately 33,3mm between two opposite sides (of course there is no exactly a pair of opposite sides in shape with 15 sides). I saw in Ebay some case openers - don't believe that Super Horb ball will do the job, prefer some metallic tool. The problem is that I didn't see tool with size 33,5 or something like that. Shall I buy case opener with size 34mm or it's not the right size? Thanks! |

Well not sure why you need a case opened, but if you must open it then just get a Jaxa tool, a proper one rather than the cheap Chinese garbage. They have multiple 'bits' for the ends and are adjustable for size. |

For that price, same answer. Buy a Jaxa tool. Or even better, get Breitling to do the work! |

I have a Cockpit with the same size caseback and the 34 will not work. It is too big. I finally used a rubber ball to open it. Mike |

if all else fails and you have no tool available and the ball slips ... DO AT OWN RISK I TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY gaffa tape (the real stuff) put a few layers on the back, make sure you only cover the back, not the case , tape in some sort of handle (you know, watch MacGyver a few times) and turn to open or : take a socket that kinda fits the back , does not overlap the back or touch the case gaffa tape a few layers so that both side are sticky , but one side on the watch , put the socket on the other sticky side facing out and turn to open this will not work with the 1000+ waterproof models , you need a tool for that DO AT OWN RISK I TAKE ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY |
