I sent my Airwolf in back in September for a battery replacement, and got it back a little over a month ago. Since then it has been losing time, sometimes as much as 2-3 hours a day. I know after the watch has been in for a maintenance it comes with a warranty, would this kind of problem be covered? Prior to the service it would lose maybe 1-2 seconds a month. I am going to take it back to the AD this week, just wanted to know if someone has had a similar experience. |

It's unable to keep time after service - definitely a warranty issue. |

I dropped it off today - it'll be a week or two, but I'll let you know what BUSA comes back with. |

Is BUSA testing at all after they open the watch and do the work, this is why I always felt uncomfortable sending the watch away for few weeks just to do a 10 min job (battery replacement). But it is somehow safe way because anything they do wrong should be covered under warranty. |

That's what I figure too - since it's under warranty, I'll just leave it to the experts. Haven't heard back from them yet. |

Ok, it's been there for nearly two months now with no communication. I called my AD where I dropped it off and they told me that with the holidays, BUSA is behind. But I see on other posts that people dropped their watches off after I did and already have them back. Definitely frustrating. |

It's in! Got the call yesterday, going to pick it up Saturday. After two months without, it'll be like reuniting with an old friend. |

So I picked up my Airwolf today, excited to finally have it back after two months, and.... It wasn't working. Fresh back from BUSA and the pusher wasn't operating. I couldn't adjust the time, I could barely cycle through the functions, and I couldn't activate the back light. So back to BUSA it goes. Definitely frustrated. |

Ok, it's back. After six months at Breitling over the course of three visits (starting with a battery change), my Airwolf is finally back on my wrist. Assuming it keeps good time, it'll be there until the next battery change. Happy to have it back, wish it wouldn't have taken six months. |
