My Navitimer is a model A13322 and is about 10 years old. I can't seem to find any reference to my particular watch which has numerals on the dial rather than lines.
The back case contains: CHRONOGRAPHE CERTIFIE CHRONOMETRE ETANCHE 30M with the Breitling logo 1884 in the centre.
Guidance will be appreciated!

Pictures will help, but the model number is for an Old Navitimer II which was available with Arabic (numbers) or baton (lines) dials.

Thanks Roff! Now I understand what Arabic refers to!
Will post pics later.

What reference do you need, that is most likely an old Navitimer (B13 caliber) as Roff said, and it is COSC certified. You should have a paper certificate for it.
