The only way to get a breitling dial is from breitling. You can send your watch to them and they will swap it out. Not sure how much it costs, but I know it's not cheap.
About $1,200 including the mandatory full service.
Dials aren't straps, you can't just change them up when you feel like it. Apart from anything else the movement has to be removed from the case and the single use hands replaced!
