Hello guys,

First time poster and owner - Long time admirer!

Basically, I have taken the plunge and purchased a new Chronomat Evolution - C13356.

However, I am having a bit of an issue what can only be described as a skipping, stuttering and generally rough running chrono second hand! Rather than the sweeping movement, mine seems to skip through the seconds, then slow down, then skip etc etc.

I have spoken to Breitling who say send it in for a look, but I don't really want to post off for 4 weeks as I'm so attached :cheer:

Can you guys offer any advice?

Thanks,

kid.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

The chronograph may stutter for a number of different reasons, none of which are going to fix themselves - Breitling are correct, it needs to be sent in. I assume that the stuttering is happening consistently at the same part of the minute cycle which will likely be a simple fix.

Thank you!

It looks like it may well be during the same areas of the sweep.

Looks like I'm going to have to send it off, disappointing really given the cost and the high amount of checks before leaving the factory.

BK.
