Hi guys and girls, This is probably the most stupid question that you'll be asked today, but I thought I'd ask anyway! I have been offered a 2007 Navi cosmonaute, from a trusted seller, and at a really good price. The one thing that I don't like is that it has lots of arabic numerals, which means that the face is really crowded! I was therefore wondering if the numerals can be removed and replaced with batons (obviously by a dealer and not me), or are they so firmly fixed that it would destroy the face??? Sorry for the silly question, and thanks in advance! Ian |

You would have to change the entire dial which is a ridiculously expensive undertaking through Breitling - well over $1,000 with the mandatory service. You are better off waiting for one to come up that you prefer. |

I don't think that they'll change a dial from Cossie to Navi batons, it's a different watch. |

Ian Ian Breitling is from the Latin Breitlitterus meaning "really crowded or littered" ![]() The cossie is busy but this has to be the busiest ![]() |

on a side note - assuming it is the first Cosmonaute you are getting - it does take some time to get used to the 24 hour dial - a Baton Cosmonaute might look nice, but even somebody used to these watches would have difficulties to tell the time. |
