Hi guys, with great regret i have an issue, albeit very minor (but enough to tick me off) with quite newish TOC.

As you can see in the pic, the hour timer hand does not line up with the 12 position when it is reset, it is slightly off at about 1150 or so. I know, small issue but very annoying given the cost of this watch and the so called precision timing it is made for.

Wondering if any one has had the same issue? Any thoughts on if i should send it in under warranty? What is the waiting time likely to be etc? Any thoughts appreciated, cheers Sum.

Not unheard of.

It's probably a simple fix, especially if it always resets to the same point (test it with the chrono run for less than six hours and more than 6 hours to be sure), but definitely should be addressed under waranty.

Thanks Roff, I should probably add that the problem came up after I let the timer go for about 20 hours about two weeks ago. Before that, with small timings around 1-3 hours it was fine. I think I'll send it in after the christmas period.

Regards, Sum.

I don't think it's a small issue that could be ignored. That would drive me NUTS! Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Just an update- sent watch to the australia service centre where watch stayed for about 4 weeks. Came back last week with issue rectified, with service book entry stating "hands regulated". Left chrono on for 9 hours yday and all hands reset perfectly.

Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear the Australian service centre was able to fix the problem.

This is my exact issue! Mine was actually lining up 30 min behind the 12.
