Hi guys. Thanks in advance for your help. I just bought a Bentley gt from a well known online store. The store supplied its own warrantee but I didn't receive the breitling warrantee card. Is this normal? Cheers Rick |

Are they an authorized dealer? If not, some online stores in particular can do as you've described, as the Breitling warranty is not in effect. If they are an AD I'd be chasing it up. All the best, Matt |

If it is a well known online only store, it is likely gray market with no factory warranty. Tell us which one and we can let you know straight away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If it's online then by definition it's not an AD so I would have been amazed if they had supplied a warranty card. That's the single biggest issue with not going through an authorised dealer - no Breitling warranty. |

The store supplied its own warrantee. Therefore, a non AD and no Breitling warrantee. Cheers |
