What paperwork should I expect for a watch sold as complete?

Post subject:  What paperwork should I expect for a watch sold as complete?
Hi everyone, new member and about to buy my first Breitling. Have been lurking as a guest for a while and am impressed with the level of knowledge of people here.

Anyways, I am looking at a second hand Aerospace with the digital UTC/Chrono on the strap which is at a local high end jewellers that has Breitlings in from time to time. It was supposed to have been taken as part exchange on a Rolex.

Can anyone tell me what the complete set of paperwork should be for that watch? From having a quick look there was only one warranty book and certificate, but I couldn't check to see if both the watch and UTC were recorded on them.

It's not a cheap watch even second hand, so I want to make sure that when they claim there is everything there, that for the money I'm going to pay out, it's correct, as it's still under factory warranty.

Standard paperwork will be manual, warranty and COSC (if the watch is COSC ceritifed), and separate papers for the UTC if I remember correctly.

That's exactly what I was hoping to find out. Is there any paperwork for the UTC?
Does that not normally come with the bracelet option and if so, is there any special paperwork included with it?
