I need some help with the Navitimer World please. The lower pusher seems to be stuck - I can pull it out (have to use my teeth), and then push it in - the second hand on the chrono will properly reset. Any idea what is causing this? Thanks in advance.

Probably a broken or mislocated return spring. Needs Breitling attention.

Thanks, I figured it was a spring - is it something that a watchmaker could do (I just hate that it would take months at Breitling)

If your AD has a watchmaker on site then they should be able to do it.
