Post subject:  Inserting links into Aerospace Pro II Titanium Bracelet

My new Avantage/Copilot bracelet is a bit tight, and checking, it is adjusted to the largest possible with the available links inserted. I have a single spare link set which seems to be made up of three titanium blocks, and two long screws or pins.

Can anyone advise on how to add these links in correctly, and also with the Copilot bracelet, which side I need more links inserted (if it matters)? Also once the new link is inserted and it's possibly a bit loose, how best to adjust the clasp part - does it require a special tool?

I could get my AD to do it for free, but I won't be heading that way for a could of weeks, and if it's simple enough of a procedure, I thought I'd have a go myself.

TIA.

Thanks Sharkman, exactly what I needed, and my Bracelet is now just the right size!!

Easy when you know how, but probably too many ways to get it wrong if you don't ... like making sure you have the correct outside link for the screws to countersink into!

One other thing on the latest Aerospace Pro II Titanium Bracelets; the screws that hold the links together have a much smaller slot for the screwdriver than the earlier ones. I haven't been able to adjust the bracelet on my new E79362 until I get a much smaller common (slot) screwdriver. I measured it with my optical micrometer, the slot is just a hair over 0.010"/0.25 mm. That is a very small slot for a screw head.
