I am looking to buy a Bling with leather strap and having the AD ship it to me. Is there any guidance on how to size the strap and set the deployant clasp to the correct size.

Also, will I need any tools, either to cut the excess off the strap or to adjust the position of any pins?

I've seen a video about adjusting bracelet but can't remember anything on adjusting straps.

The strap is a calf leather not the croco - don't know if that makes a difference

Thanks for any guidance

Assuming that the strap and deployant are on the watch already it couldn't be easier.

Nothing to cut and you can literally push the free end of the strap further into the deployant or pull it out by hand. When the watch arrives you'll see how easy it is.

I have a dealer manual which shows how to adjust a deployant correctly.

You don't need to cut it - just make sure you have the right size to start with then do the fine adjustment on the deployant.

I'll add a photo later to show you how it is done.

:welcome: to the forum too!

:yeahthat

The manual only shows what you would see just by looking at a strap & deployant so not really worth posting as it is self explanatory - as Roff says.
