My quest for having a bracelet option for every watch is now also adding more watches to my collection.
It all started with the search for a suitable Navi bracelet for my beautifully restored Premier.
To start with I ended up buying the 421A on eBay.
While that was shipped, for some unexplained reason I came to a conclusion that the 421A is for the Grand Premier and the 422A is for the Premier.
As it happened, a kind member from this forum listed his 422A for sale which I bought.
So the 422A arrived and it fits the Premier like a glove.
Meanwhile, while pondering what to do with the 421A, I came across a lovely Grand Premier at a bargain price because it was sitting on a crap and not even Breitling OEM strap.
So I bought it, thinking, great that will solve my dilemma what to do with the incoming 421A.
Wrong!!! The 421A does not fit the Grand Premier, it fits the Premier
So, to cut the story short, I now have the Premier with two bracelets and the Grand Premier with a crap strap
The Grand Premier went for a re-birth yesterday and should be ready in about 5-6 weeks.
I think the correct bracelet for the Grand Premier is the 431A.
Could someone with a bit more brains than me (that should not be hard) please confirm if it is the 431A that I should be looking out for and if there are any other variants that would also fit the Grand Premier. While we are here, what watch model would go with the now spare 421A ?

421 is one of those weird ones. The delaer books have 420 / 421 / 422 almost interchangeable and I'm really not clear on which is correct. 431a is for the regular Navi - same as the 442a but with the stamped logo vs. raised on 442.

Silly me, I've got a a 442A, it came with the Navi Super Constellation!
I'm in business!
