Looks real but I'm not an expert on diamond bezels so someone else who is should probably confirm it.

It's factory style - double row, risht number of diamonds per section, etc and no obvious setting issues, but not sure that you can tell for certain from a photo.

Hi, Paul. Could you possibly obtain a better photo of the bezel? As Roff said, the number of diamonds is correct but that pic isn't nearly good enough to help answer your question. OEM diamond bezels are amazingly well crafted with perfectly set and matched VVS "top Wesseltons" whereas many aftermarket diamond bezels use a bit lower clarity stones which are sometimes not set perfectly alike. Although the stones are single row instead of double row in the pic below, you can perhaps get a fair idea of what an OEM bezel looks like with a closer view...
Best,
Ron

Nope. Looks almost certainly to be aftermarket. Go to the Breitling site and execute a "made to measure" on an SA with diamond bezel. Look closely at how the numerals on the riders extend further out on the pictured bezel in contrast to the factory bezel. Further, the numeral engraving itself is sharper on the factory bezel. In addition, some of the diamonds appear "milky" in the thread photos. Compare them to the pics of the Chronomat Evolution I posted. I'm sorry, if I were buying the bezel you have pictured as an OEM Super Avenger bezel, I would need substantially more complete information about it. Heck, even Sam's and Costco validate and certify the cut, clarity, color and carat weight of the diamonds they sell. Do you have any more information about the bezel such as its provenance? The only way an OEM diamond bezel is for sale "out in the wild" would be if it had been removed from an originally equipped Super Avenger for some reason. Hard to imagine a sensible reason to do that but not much surprises me anymore when it comes to watches...
Best,
Ron

Edit: I just now noticed you have an SA with factory diamond bezel listed in your signature block. Having the real thing to make a comparison is better than going to the Breitling site...
