Post subject:  Subdial Problem with Skyland?

Hi guys,
I just got my first Breitling, a skyland avenger. Here's the issue: when I start the chronograph and let the second-hand move, I then shut it off and return it to the 12 position, but one of the subdials continues to move after. What's going on? Is this a malfunction? I want to know what you guys think before I contact the AD for my warranty.

The subdial at 9 o'clock? That's your second hand so should be moving.

yes, it's the subdail at 9. Why is it not stoping? I use the chronograph and push stop, then push the bottom button to return the main second hand and all subdials (except that one) to the top position. However the 9 oclock subdial (i think it show seconds) keeps moving. I just gor the watch so I can't remember if it did this before.

Sorry if I'm being vague with my descriptions, but I am new to chronographs and don't really know the correct terms

Nothing wrong with your Skyland.
9 o'clock subdial is running seconds (runs always), big seconds hand is chrono seconds hand.

:yeahthat The subdial at 9 effectively does the same job that the centre seconds hand does on a non-chronograph watch. - i.e. it shows the running seconds.
