I have yet another question regarding my recent Breitling Chronomat Evolution acquisition. I know this movement is a modified Valjoux 7750 and I've owned a few 7750s before but don't recall the excess play in regards to the movement of the hands as in my case outlined below: When I set the time, I turn the hands past the current time, then move it back to take care of the slack. However, when I first change directions and turn the crown to move the hands backwards (after first moving them forward), the hour and minute hands sort of jump like they're loose and then if I keep moving the hands backwards, it catches and moves normally. Is this normal or an issue I should have looked at? |

Without seeing it it's kind of difficult to guess, but it sounds like it's probably normal. |
