From time to time I need to manually wind my Skyracer to avoid the watch to stop if I do not wear it.

Since you just can't wind the time backwards or use the quick set date function within the danger zone (8pm to 3am rule), I wonder if there is a restriction or recommendation about winding the watch in that time period. Is it possible to damage the watch by winding it from 8pm to 3am? :?

Thanks,

Hef

so long as you are certain the crown is in postion 1 (winding) and not 2(date change) wind away. I always push the crown in and let it pop out again just to satisfy my OCD.
