From time to time I need to manually wind my Skyracer to avoid the watch to stop if I do not wear it.

Since you just can't wind the time backwards or use the quick set date function within the danger zone (8pm to 3am rule), I wonder if there is a restriction or recommendation about winding the watch in that time period. Is it possible to damage the watch by winding it from 8pm to 3am?

so long as you are certain the crown is in postion 1 (winding) and not 2(date change) wind away. I always push the crown in and let it pop out again just to satisfy my OCD.
