Thanks!

Depends where you are based. The first port of call IMO should be an AD. (I assume it's the watch and not the tester that's at fault here!) If they recommend a trip back to Breitling it would be to your regional service centre (depending on where you are based), and it's your choice as to whether you send it yourself, or get the AD to do it. If you do it yourself, contact the Breitling service centre direct to find exactly how to pack and send the watch, and what to send with it.

Emergencies go back to Switzerland regardless, because the transmitter has to go to Dassault.

Good news is that it it's the first service then it's free.

Could be a resister needs replacing, has the battery ran down, is the watch still working, you may find it could be the tester that's at fault,

is it a Mission or standard emergency, if Mission push the button on the back and see if the chrono hand rotates, if standard it should say in the digital read out,

mine just stopped after 2 years so i changed the battery's, (mines a Keeper) all worked fine.

there is a lot on Myth surrounding the Emergency and battery's but there easy to change and it works,

nest time i do i will post pic's of a how to.

Roff, the tech director at BUSA in Wilton told me directly that BUSA services the civilian frequency [121.5 MHz] Emergencies in house in CT. The military frequency [ 243 MHz] Emergencies have to go back to Switzerland...
