Has this happen to anyone before? I was pulling the knob out to wind it up and the knob came off. Here's a pic (not the best). Can this be easily fixed or do I need to send in for service. Thanks in advance.

One for a service centre I'm afraid.

usually you can screw it back on yourself, but it will never stay on tight anymore after that. It will always come loose so you need to have a service center lock-tite it in there for you so it does not come loose... or whatever it is they use. Should be pretty quick and painless to fix unless you actually snapped or broke the stem.

Ouch - hope they'll fix it for you soon enough.

That requires a new crown... this one can't be fixed or lock-tited! I don't know what they charge, but if you haven't had it serviced before, they'll probably charge you for a full service as well.
Good luck!

ouch...hopefully they fix it no problem for 70, I had similar problems with the top chrono pushpiece being loose on Chronomat Evolution, not really recurring now...
