What tools do I need to remove the metall braclet on my Breitling Chronomat Evo. I would like to polish up the braclet separately. Can you advise on where to find cheap instruments. Do you have to have special tools for a Breitling or you can find universal tools on ebay for example?

Do you think this tool will work spring bar tool Bergeon 6767-F. Will this work for my metall bracelet on my Chronomat Evolution. Its seems very hard to get anything between the braclet and the watch?

Won't the 6111, or Frei's FB-504, work just as well? I'm in the market for one of these, too.

I much prefer the 6767-F to the 6111, haven't tried Frei's - when you can get Bergeon for under $20 there doesn't seem much point in getting second best.

I haven't seen the 6111 that low, and Frei claims the FB-204 is the same except for the label. But I take your point about a Bergeon you like better for a lower price.

I was surprised to learn my AD simply uses a small but sturdy jewlers screw driver!! When my Navi bracelet came in I wanted to put that on my 01 and size the bracelet but their guy was God knows where. I asked them to bring me the tools and a pad. I couldn't believe how well it worked. Still, it made me nervous it might slip, especially when removing the calf strap.

Bergeon 6767F is the tool in my book.

I've always used screwdrivers, but since I'm starting on a good watch now...
