Been looking for a decent M50035 for a couple months now, and this one popped up for sale. Overall, it looks clean, but I am most concerned with the quartz movement. Seller has not claimed any service although they did say it received a "light cleaning." Here are a couple pics. Thoughts?

Also, I have only seen the all black case and bezel. This one has the black bezel and face but steel case, and the crown looks strange to me.

Thanks

Watch is real, crown is a replacement. It's a quartz movement - looking at it doesn't tell you anything, it will need to be tested.

Thanks Roff. Guess I'll see what the bidding gets up to and make a decision that way.

Hello,

I got a M50035, serviced by Breitling in 2008, they replaced the Japan Myota movment by an ETA 955.412.
All shouled be in "blacksteel", excepet the back in steel), with a black nato strap. (available if interested in, by PM only).
Here are the pictures below:

Both types were produced.

Any particular reason of why the crown is out?

Hello F14D_Tomcat,

Yes, in order to take a correct picture (no move of the needle of the second hand).
I needed a "clean" picture of the watch.

Best regards,
