I just picked up a new SO 44 with the rubber strap and tang buckle, and I want to get a bracelet for it. Will a Pro II bracelet that came off a SO Steelfish, 22mm lug width, part # 134A fit? Thanks for any help. |

My impression is Breitling is simply reusing Steelfish cases for the SO44. If so, it should fit. Some of our resident ADs will need to weigh in tho. To my knowlwdge, the specifics are missing in the public domain. |

Yeah I haven't seen a 2011 dealer book yet to confirm, but pretty sure that it's the same case. |

Ok, thanks for the quick feedback; it's worth a shot. |

Hmmmmm, if it's the same case, I wonder if the Steelfish bezel would fit....... ![]() |

So I received the bracelet and it looks to line up perfectly. My only issue is changing it out - I removed the rubber strap but can't seem to get the bracelet installed. I have a cheap spring bar tool but it seems like there is literally no room to squeeze this in there. Having not done it before nor knowing whether this is indeed the correct bracelet, not sure what to do. |

I explained what I do in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=28658&p=212942 It is quite a tight fit. |

The SS bracelet I got from my AD came with springbars that were a bit shorter and not as fat as the bars on my rubber DP2. Perhaps the fatter bars for rubber are too hard to install without the added flex and ability to move the rubber out of the way slightly? |

Bracelet springbars are smaller than strap springbars, I doubt that strap ones will fit through the hole. |

Trying to compress the spring, I do not see how it will possibly fit unless I could get one side in first and angle the rest in, which isn't possible. It did not come with spring bars but I have a box of spares of different sizes. I think I'll try that. Thanks Rob. |

If you are having trouble compressing the shoulder that may be more to do with the tool - you said it was a cheap one. Splash out the $15 or so for the Bergeon 6767F. |
