I have a Motor Cars watch and bought both the steel bracelet and leather. I wore the leather all winter and I want to put the steel back on for summer. I cannot get the pins to retract enough to put the steel band back into the watch. The leather came out no problem but the tolerance is so tight with the steel bracelet, you cannot put one end of the pin in and then push the other side down as it watch and bracelet bind. You also cannot push both sides of the pin in and slide down to the holes evenly as the pin will not compress quite that much. What is the trick? I have tried search to no avail.

I did watch the video...unfortunately, the leather one is super easy to put on. It's the steel one I just can't seem to figure out. I don't see how you compress it enough or line it up correctly...
