Post subject:  blackbird big date 2 digit date problem

hello guys, i noticed some days ago, that the 2 digit on the big date is a litle miss aligned for the first digit, it sits a bit lower than the other, the quick set date is functioning ok, and i never change it between the 8pm3am time frame, here is a couple of old pics but it can be noticed, what could i do?, do i need to send the watch to breitling?

On the second pic you can see the distance between the top of each number to the top edge of the date window is the same. It could be a bit of an optical illusion - the 2d digit date wheel is lower than the first digit. In other words it sits further from the dial and underneath the first digit date wheel. Might not be what you are seeing, but can't tell from the pics posted.

When I got my 6.75 today both the 26 and 28 seem off, but I think it is do to an illusion, or just how it is, because both numbers seem centered.

When you pull the crown and set the date does the 28 still end up the same way?

had someone of breitling to look it up, and he told me that the miss alignment is very minimal, and its only in some days (because of the weight in the spring of the date disc) some days are perfect, anyway he recomended me not to open the watch just because of that, i agree.

to my eyes its minimal, but i could have an easy way to tune it or align it, thats why i asked him to check but no, the watch needs to be gutted for that, its perfect how it is :) :lingsrock:
