I enjoy wearing my new Breitling SA way too much! Although I am very careful with the watch, today I clipped the edge of the bezel resulting in a minute ding. Although almost unnoticable, I began thinking "What if" I really whack it one day and really gouge it? I don't want to have to pay an AD huge bucks to replace it. So I did some searching and found a couple of New York based diamond jewelers on EBAY that sell diamond bezels for the SA. They also offer pre-owned and new SA bezels for under $75.00.
Does anyone know if these are legitimate "100% authentic" bezels? I'm considering buying one as "idiot insurance" policy.

The problem with that is that won't answer my question. Actually, I was just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with Breilting parts sold over Ebay. I think it's really suspicious that I can by "original" dials and bezels from several models at prices that are very reasonable.
Obviously my gut instinct says knockoffs. But hey? Maybe I'm wrong??

Some are real, some are undoubtedly scams. As bnewbie says, if you provide pictures of one that you are considering we can tell you whether the bezel is real, and then it comesdown to buying the seller and using buyer protection tools like PayPal.

Are there any tell tale signs of a fake bezel?

Also, will fakes have the B engraved at the 11 position?

I am also thinking of buying a spare bezel from here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BREITLING-BEZEL-S ... 43a4d2da13

Can anyone confirm if this is genuine?
Price seems VERY cheap as I have been told that they cost about £200 from Breitling.

Also, the fact that it has polished tabs is raising my eyebrows a little.

Looks OK, but tough to tell from those photos, and can be tough to tell anyway.

Yes, some of the recent fakes have the B engraved.

I've seen a few cheap brushed SA bezels for sale that feature the engraved B, but the B is not Italised like the OEM one I have.
Does this mean it's a fake?

Here is an example (obviously this is not an OEM bezel but you can see the engraved B is not italised)

Not sure about the B, but the 15 and 45 look wrong to me.

Pearl should be sunken on the genuine bezel.
