I recently received a Breitling watch (about 99.8% sure its a replica) as a "gag" gift for xmas. Its a very neat looking watch and appears to keep good track of time. However, the "seconds" hand has seemed to fallen off track and is now floating loose within the face of the watch.
I dont plan on spending a dime on this thing and was wondering if anyone knew how I could open up that face and remove the floating "seconds" hand...? I can send pics
Welcome to the site. It's great to have you here.
Well first of all there aren't a lot of fellows here that condone fakes or replicas so I'm sure the most popular solution to opening it up would be to use a hammer.
However, since there is that 0.2% possibility of it being a real Breitling, post a pic for us and we'll see what you have. It's always possible it could be real.
