Does Breitling (or ever did) make 22-18 or 22-19 size leather straps with deployant clasps. For a 22mm size I see they have 22-20 deployant types now. |

They were making (not anymore) 22/18. |

They make 18mm clasps for 20/18. I don't think you'll have problem to mount 22/18 on it. |
