Hello All,

Just wanted to let you know I actually did order the Garinin dual tower winder yesterday...I'll update here in the future with any opinions I feel may be of interest.

I did find some interesting information about the winder when I contacted them. I noticed that no one have the TPD listed anywhere. So ask and you shall receive. Below is directly from Garinin.com, I hopes it useful to someone.

Setting:
A: rotate 33 seconds, rest 12 minutes: 300 rotations/day
B: rotate 10 minutes, rest 90 minutes: 660 rotations/day
C: rotate 30 minutes, rest 3 hours : 940 rotations/day
D: rotate 1 hour, rest 3 hours : 1700 rotations/day

Anyone order a Wolf winder off Amazon? I bought one earlier this year, didn't work. Got it exchanged for a new one. Worked for a month, then just stopped working. I just read that Wolf might have a problem with larger watches? I have a Bentley 675. Wouldn't really explain why the first one didn't work out of the box. You would think such a well known brand would be more reliable. Amazon swears they were all new items. And the seller looks to be Wolf Designs.

I've actually read here and there that some of the cheaper Wolf Design winders have problems with large watches [specifically the Module 1.7 motor]. I have not heard anything negative about the models that cost more [Module 3.0 etc etc].

I am currently looking into an Orbita Sparta 1 for my SA

Actually, I just received a Wolf Module 1.5 single-watch winder as a gift, and I'll have to take it back. The watch falls out after just a few spins. It has an open front and the watch goes in horizontally and isn't angled at all, so it just works its way out after just a couple of minutes. I've got a Chrono Evo, which must just be too big of a watch for it.

My Wolf winder used to let my Evo fall out, until I placed a piece of plastic in the "cup" on one side to help wedge the pillow inside. It works just fine now. They definitely werent designed for the heavy watches (and my Evo isnt all that heavy). But it is extremely quiet and was pretty cheap from the AD, at $175.

Of course, now, I am looking into a bigger winder for this damn addiction of mine! :)
