Is it possible to repair BREITLING NAVITIMER QUARTZ 2400 or 2300 ?
And is it possible to get replacement quartz calibers for these types, maybe you even know the price ?

There are others. Bottom line, it's an obsolete movement and you'll have to try and find a donor watch on eBay or similar to get it running again.
