after 8month use, it get started have some stains and dirts from sweat and dust.
is there any special way or products to care of my leather strap?
And I have some minor scratches on my watch as well coz I wear my GT during working. ;-)

You can wipe off croco and leather straps with a mild soap and water, but make sure you don't saturate the strap, and never submerge it. If you do get it too wet, let it air-dry naturally. Don't force dry it on a radiator or anything.

For more intensive cleaning I actually Autoglym leather car seat products! They do a specialist leather cleaner and a care cream - both of which replenish the natural oils in the leather, so keeping it clean as well as nice and supple. (Disclaimer - Autoglym has worked OK for me, but I'm not guaranteeing it will for everyone. Use on your own straps entirely at your own risk!)

However, if you are talking about the inner surface of the strap (i.e. the side nearest your wrist), you will be able to clean it as mentioned (which will get rid of sweat and dirt, etc), but as it is almost a "nubuck" style finish, you will be very unlikely to get rid of the discolouration that happens through wear. It's just one of those things unfortunately.
