Post subject:  Prices of Ling in the Gulf
I think that few people mentioned me that they bought their Lings in one of those states in the Gulf (UAE,Kuwait,SA)
Are the prices really that good there?

A customer of mine visits Dubai each year and he said the watches at the airport duty free shop were about one third less than in the UK.

If you pay the 4% duty and 17.5% vat on return, you may well be paying more than after an AD discount.

Of course, if you take the risk and smuggle it in past customs...
