Hi, I recently purchased my first automatic watch, a Breitling Super Avenger. I love the watch and look forward to buying many more, but I'm not sure if the chronograph on this one is functioning properly. When running, the sweeping chronograph does not run completely smoothly. it seems to hesitate or flutter slightly in a few spots around the face, and jumps slightly as it crosses the 12 o'clock mark. Does this sound normal, or should I take it back to the dealer and have them check it out.

It's a fairly common problem and needs watchmaker attention to fix.

It can happen with any chrono movement, but the 7750 based movements seem more susceptible to the problem.
