How do I manually wind my new Steelish? It's from 02/2008 and I would like to see the duration of the power reserve. It should last 42 hours, right? |

You just unscrew the crown until it is no-longer on the screw-thread (i.e. you don't need to pull it out at all) and then you just wind the crown clockwise. If you feel a little resistance you are winding in the right direction! 40 turns is usually enough, but you can't overwind an automatic watch so a few more won't hurt. |

If you wear it before testing it, it may not be fully topped up so you may not get a true reading. |

After I’ve manually wound my Steelfish and left it alone, it ran on the power reserve for 41 hours and 15 minutes
