Hey everyone, i just received my brand new steelfish in the mail today! absolutely amazing.

i have a few questions regarding the crown:

1. is it normal for there to be a lot more resistance when screwing it down opposed to loosening it to unlock it?

2. when going from position 3 (time adjust) to position 1 (fully screwed down), i have to simultaneously twist the crown while pushing down on it in order for it to fully lock in. once again, is this how it is supposed to be? i thought that all i had to do was push the crown all the way in and it would lock without having to twist it.

I'm sorry for asking such "noob" questions, but i cant help but worry about my new ling!

Re: (1) - yes. Re:(2) - Sounds normal. With the crown fully extended, push it in, then push and turn and it will screw in. Sometimes it may be necessary to push, turn a little anti-clockwise(just like setting a screw or bolt), then screw it down.

Remember this is a heavily sealed crown/stem assembly for water resistence. It has to have a solid seal as it's rated at 6600 feet!

Relax and enjoy the watch! What color is it???
