The only Breitling authorised repair locations are listed on the Breitling website, which is the Swiss Watch Service place. You can send it to BUSA in CT, which is what I would do - it will take longer, but will be the best job. They'll provide you with an estimate.
From memory the cost for the crystal is around $200 - $250, but Breitling may well recommend a service so that they can check for any less obvious damage. Sapphire crystal is darned strong, and a heck of alot stronger than everything else inside the watch so if the force was enough to damage the crystal there could be other issues.
