Hi all,

Just got to NYC and have plans to acquire a regular Navitimer (41mm, steel strap).

What discounts can one (realistically) get from AD's around here?

I was offered a 10% ($6288) discount from Wempe.

The problem is that 10% is not enough. In my home country I got 15% off ($6943) and can probably push to 20% off ($6543).
I would better spend $255 in order to establish a relationship with my local vendor.

Is it real to get 15%-20% off the MSRP? Any suggestions about ADs in Manhattan and surrounding areas?
