You'll have to go through Breitling, genuine parts aren't made available to outside suppliers.

A competent watchmaker can fit a generic stem for the 7750 movement and should be able to fit a generic crown if he can find one to match the size and thread pitch of the case tube. All this will come at a price. If the watch ever goes to Breitling for service, they will replace the parts because they are not genuine. So, you will end up paying for the same parts twice.

If it were mine, I would just send it to Breitling. If the crown and stem are missing, there could easily be more damage.

My watch maker has checked it out and it needs a crown and stem, and three other parts which he has made, the only problem is he said breitling can take a long time to get parts from. just though i could save some time in getting one from somewhere else. if anyone knows for one please let me know i want my sa back. many thanks
