Hello there this is my first watch buying in internet, i won 1 breitling in ebay and i am preparing to pay by paypal

just wondering if anyhting goes wrong, like the watch is stolen in shipping, will i be covered and receive a refund??

don`t know if i posted this in the right section, just wondering if i am secure or if i will have to pray to God protect my watch during the shipping

also the seller could also send me a empty box and tell me later that it was stolen

buying in the internet is complicated but in some cases well worth the risk

any of you had problems and got refunded?

I've bought most of my watches that way. Ebay is pretty safe. Just use a credit card and you should be ok.

I had one private party deal outside of ebay go bad, and I disputed the charge with my credit card and won.

Well, the most important thing is to look at seller's feedback. It should be a lot (let's say over 100), and 100% positive. Also look at his history. Ideally his 100+ feedback should be from substantial transactions, not $1 purchases of cards or pencils...

Paying with Credit Card thru PayPal offers good protection to you, the buyer.

The saying "buy the seller" applies everywhere on internet transactions.
