Is it correct that on my chronomat the feel is a "ticking" when unscrewing it and a winding, like when you acctuctaly wind on the last position, on tighting the crown?

Yes.

You are winding the watch when you screw it in, and unscrewing it is like 'winding it backwards' which causes slippage inside the keyless works - perfectly normal.
