I haven't been allowed to wear my Chronomat yet, as it's for the wedding, but yesterday and today i decided to see how the time is going against the UK time via internet.

I'm not sure exactly what i'm looking for though tbh.

I'm looking at the second hand and it seems bang on(so far), but the minute hand APPEARS to be a bit slower? I may be imagining it and when i set the watch(while watching time on the laptop), i've accidently turned the crown a touch when pushing it in?

Is this possible, or is the seconds hand directly working with the minute hand?

Sorry if this is a real newb question.

The minute hand does not synchronise with the seconds hand, so you won't automatically have the minute hand on the marker at 60 seconds. You can try and do it manually, but it can be a pain and there is always a little play in the gears anyway (otherwise the running train would bind).

Have you seen this? Particularly Ron's advice about using a hack to take up any slack in the running train - works for me.
