Hi All, I am new to the forum and considering whether or not to buy the Bentley GMT. I am particularly interested in getting both the rubber strap and the speed bracelet but want to know how difficult it would be to change. I had assumed that it should be relatively easy but a couple of dealers have suggested that I'd probably have to take it to the shop to change it.

Does anyone have any insight on this?

The GMT may be a little different as it has such thick lugs (I'm not familiar with changing straps on that specific model), but generally speaking it isn't too difficult with the right tool - Bergeon 6767F is the generally preferred tool of choice.

There's a video on the site for regular changing - http://www.breitlingsource.com/video_ar ... p%20Change

Generally speaking the bracelet can be a little harder to fit as there is less flexibility.
