How many times most I wind the crown of the cal.35 mannually.

The B35 is an automatic movement based on the ETA 2892, so you can't overwind it. However usually 40 turns is adequate to give it a full charge, but as I say you can't overwind it, so give it 50 or 60 if you like.

If you mean in order to wind it, then as Navitimers don't have screw-in crown, you can wind them manually from position 1 - i.e. push in hard against the case.
