Gents,
It's now been a full month and 3 days since Neil at Chronomaster UK mailed my Breitling Shark to me via UK post. Using the tracking number he sent I was able to see the watch arrived in the USA (no date indicated) but after that the UK tracking number is useless. I know when I shipped my trade watch to Neil, it got hung up in UK customs for a month. I have never had customs delays with stuff coming into the US. Has anyone experienced this kind of delays with something coming to the US from the UK? Anyone have any advice? I'm kinda frekin' out a bit as I feel like I have no recourse but to wait...

OK lets reverse the situation here, A watch coming to me can be tracked using USPS tracking nos but once it its the UK I use Parcel Force as its tracking is better, Also it normaly takes less than 12 hours for cutsoms to release a package not a month, Contact USPS and ask them how to contact customs and they should give you a number to call, But bear in mind that they wil then open the packet and charge you full import duties, Howvere you could argue that the watch has just been fora service and you havnt just bought it.
