Hi guys I've been the proud owner of my Skyland for just over 12 months now and it is showing slight scuffs and scratches, I understand that cape cod cloths can affect the AF coating but my question is can i use Masking tape ( not sure what you call it in the US). to mask the glass from finger prints etc. Would the adhesive from the tape affect the AR. The tape is the sort used when respraying car bodywork?? ![]() |

Masking tape will be fine. Just make sure that it's good quality stuff that will pull off clean. |

Another thing to use is the blue painter's tape found in paint stores, home improvement stores, etc. It pull away very clean and goes on without a lot of pressure. It is a little heavier than masking tape. |
