I've had my Navitimer for almost 1-1/2 years. Recently I've been noticing that when I shake my wrist the watch makes a noise as all the parts were loose inside. It used to be a slight vibration, but it turned into a weird noise like a can full of screws (I am exaggerating a little of course, just to give you the idea). The watch runs perfectly, keeping perfect time, so that's not an issue.
Do you think is quite normal or should I send it in? It's my only watch and I'd hate to be without it for weeks.

If the watch is keeping perfect time, then what you are hearing is the self-winding rotor which is all perfectly normal. You probably just didn't notice it so much before.
