Post subject:  manufacturer date?

Hello, I just purchased a chrono superocean, I would like to find the manufacturer date, where do I look?

You'll need to remove the bracelet, at least where it attaches to the bottom of the watch. The date is imprinted on the case in this area with a four digit number corresponding to the week and year the watch was produced. For example, my new Navitimer is "4107" or the 41st week of 2007.

Good luck!

Dave

What if the watch was purchased with a leather/croc band? Is there anyother way to tell besides the bracelet check?

Fedor,

The date for the watch itself is on the case (see TheRod82's post above). The bracelet has an independent manufacture date as well, near where it attaches to the case.

I don't think leather straps have any kind of stamp, at least not that I've read about.

Does this go for all breitling models specifically made from 2002 on?
