I have a Superocean and usually wear it only on the weekends. I have never dropped it and it's in perfect shape. The other day I wound it the 20-30 times I normally do and noticed that it was not working? I shook it and can hear something moving inside?? Has anyone had a similiar problem before I take it in? Thanks.

The thing you heard inside was likely the rotor - not a problem.

Give the watch a full wind - 40 turns and then move it around a bit or gently knock the case with the heel of your hand. It may simply be that the balance spring isn't perfectly adjusted and it needs a little help starting.
