If my watch stops between 8 and 3 can I change the date by going forward with the date until I reach the desired number? Or I have to wait until it's out of that time zone to adjust it. In other words, can I make time or date adjustments to the watch during 8 and 3 as long as I do it forward?

No.

You have to move time out of the 'danger zone' by winding them forward, and then change the date.

So basically you have to move the time forward out of that zone, then adjust the date and time accordingly. Thanks so much. By the way, my Skyland starts turning the date like around 11:25pm and completely changes at 12, is it the way it's supposed to be?

Completely normal - it's the nature of that movement.
