Needed to wind my watch today, and I can't get the crown unscrewed
Any suggestions or does this have to be taken to the dealer?

If you can't unscrew it with just reasonable pressure then take it to the AD - don't run the risk of breasking it. You can try pushing it in as you unscrew it, that might help, but there must be something that's causing it to stick so getting the AD to check it out won't hurt. |
